Entry: Free with no purchase necessary. By entering, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

Entry Limit: One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.

Closing Date: Each competitions closing date will be listed on the entry information. Entries after this date will not be accepted.

Responsibility: Torquay Comedy Club is not responsible for entries not received for any reason.

Rule Changes: Torquay Comedy Club reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.

Prize Details: Prizes are as stated and non-transferable. Subject to availability, Torquay Comedy Club may substitute prizes of equivalent value.

Winner Selection: Winners will be chosen by an independent online spin the wheel generator and winners notified within 28 days. If uncontactable or the prize unclaimed within 14 days, a replacement winner will be chosen.

Notification: Winners will be notified by email, direct message, or letter.

Prize Collection: Torquay Comedy Club will inform winners when and where to collect/deliver the prize.

Decision Final: Torquay Comedy Club’s decision is final; no correspondence will be entered into.

Legal Governance: The competition and terms are governed by English law. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

Publicity: Winners agree to name and image use in publicity material.

Data Protection: Personal data will be used in line with UK data protection legislation.
